HAMPTON - Mary Lou Ballou Schaffer died June 3, 2017. She was born June 27, 1939 in Honolulu, Hawaii to MSG Clarence G Ballou and Addie Biggs Ballou. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, Robert L. Ballou, husband, CWO Richard "Paul" Schaffer and son, Kevin G. Schaffer. She is survived by son, Edward P. Schaffer and 3 grandchildren. Mary Lou requested that no services be observed.
