Marian Stroup Elliott, 90, died Saturday, April 25, 2020. Raised in Michigan she had been a Hampton resident since 1950 where she was a member of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church and the Fidelis Bible Class. An incredibly talented artist, she was well known for her paintings and she and her husband loved to gift things that he created from wood and she painted.

Preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Jacob Stroup, her husband Charles Elliott, and her brother Jim Stroup; she is survived by her son, Tom Elliott; two sisters-in-law, Gloria Case and Gladys Allerton; and her wonderful friend and caregiver Angela Peterson.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
