Margaret D. Outten, 91, died October 7, 2015. A native of Hereford, England, she had been a resident of Hampton since 1961. Margaret was a very giving person, she loved volunteering at Hampton Veterans Administration Hospital. In her time volunteering there she put in over 10,000 hours in the Spinal Cord Unit. She also loved her church, Lacrosse Memorial Presbyterian Church, where she worked as the church secretary for a number of years. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Lloyd K. Outten and her numerous brothers and sister. Survivors include her children, Paul A. Outten and his wife Tina, Pearl Reichenbach and her husband Roger, Joan Mancil and her husband Coley, and David Outten and his wife Suzann, as well as 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Lacrosse Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1518 N Mallory St, Hampton, VA 23664 on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 10AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Lacrosse Memorial Presbyterian Church, Disaster Relief Blanket Fund or to a charity of your choice . Arrangements are by R.
