Bob was awarded many awards and commendations during his 24 year career with the Air Force.  He piloted C-130's and C-141's while stationed in Europe and the Pacific, and completed combat missions in Southeast Asia.

Bob taught by example, living a life of integrity and service.  During his retirement years he volunteered many service hours including work with the Salvation Army and Meals on Wheels.
