Lowell H. "Jack" Blake, 82, passed away November 5, 2017. He retired from the USAF after 20 years of service. He received the AF Commendation Medal and Meritorious Service Medal for his service in Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ruby Jean Blake; daughters, Cynthia Salyers, Kim Porter(Rick), Lori Blake; four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

A private graveside service with military honors will be conducted by Pastor David Carroll at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia.
