Linda Gail Kearney, 51, passed away July 3, 2017 in Hampton. Originally from Hampton, she was a graduate of Dinwiddie High School and later in life moved back to Hampton where she and her husband William lived. Linda's greatest joy in life was spending time with her seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Donald, Mary Nell and step-father Paul Branch who she adored as well as her sister Theresa Fitts. Survivors include her loving husband William Kearney; sons, Dustin Hudgins(Meagan) and Brandon Hudgins; Step-daughter/friend, Rhonda Starcher; four step-children; Joey, Jessica, Jeffrey and Ashley; seven grandchildren; sisters, Sandy Meeks, Donna Hartless and Paula Branch; brother, Donald Brandon ; nieces, nephew and her BFF, Barbara Huffman.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 6PM at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions on Cunningham Dr.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
