Lillian "Paulie" Dickens Jones, 92, of Hampton, VA was welcomed home on January 25, 2017.

Paulie was preceded in death by her mother, father, five brothers, four sisters, one grandson, and two husbands, Robert M. Dickens and Arthur Jones. She is survived by her children, Millie Dickens Hall, Albert Christian Dickens, Janet Dindleback, Linda Baca, Bobby Jones, Bonnie Orndorff; fifteen grandchildren; forty-eight great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff at James River Convalescent Center Warwick Unit for taking such good care of her.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, January 30, 2017 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home by Pastor David Bounds and Pastor Lee Harris with interment to follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday prior to the service from 1-2 pm.
