Lewis Berkley Billups, Jr, 74, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016.  A lifelong resident of Hampton, he worked construction as a carpenter and welder.  He was also a member of the US Table Tennis Association and the Carpenters Local Union of 205.

Lewis is survived by his son, Lewis Billups, IV, daughter, Island Forever Cellmencia Billups; sisters, Linda Dianne Billups and Linda Jean Nicholson; brothers, James A. Billups and Nethanial Billups; and grandchildren, Tristan Billups Ross, Lewis Berkley Billups V, Prince Angelo Billups and Princess Alexis Billups.
