Kevin Troy Bailey, 53, of Hampton, Virginia passed away on October 5, 2024. He was born at Mather Air Force Base in California to Doris L. Bailey and the late Jack E. Bailey.  Kevin is survived by his wife, Dena Harrell Bailey, daughters, Madi and Sadie, and sons, Kevin and Seth; brother, Shawn Bailey; sister, Melanie Thomason; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Kevin's greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his children, wife, family and friends.  He will forever be a Steelers fan waiving the Terrible Towel.

The family will receive friends at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, VA on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cole's Horse Autism Therapy Station, 102 Pawpaw Place, Yorktown, VA 23693 in memory of Kevin Bailey.
