Yorktown- Karl "Tony" Anthony Sidney, Jr., 38, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016. A lifelong resident of the Peninsula, he was co-owner and operator of King's Pride Barber Shop.

Tony was preceded in death by his father, Karl Anthony Sidney, Sr. He is survived by his children, Kian Sidney, Jalani Sidney, Jakia Sidney, Jamar Sidney and Karl Sidney, III; parents, Teresa and Patrick Walker; brother, Keith Sidney, paternal grandparents, Ethelene and Olicer Sidney; and uncles, Eric Sidney and Dwayne Sidney.

A service to celebrate Tony's life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave., in downtown Hampton, 757-723-3191.
