June Elizabeth Spechio, 93, died Saturday, February 3, 2024. Born in Virginia to parents Frank and Viola Keithley, she was a lifelong resident of Hampton. June worked for years as co-owner of Sir Anthony's Restaurant and Lounge in Hampton, Newport News and Kilmarnock. She was a proud member of the Italian American Club and very active in her church. She found joy in cooking for her family and friends and was a bird and plant lover.

Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Anthony C. Spechio; her beloved children, Antoinette Thomas, Anthony C. Spechio, Jr. and Michael K. Spechio; she leaves to cherish her sweet memory, sister, Margaret "Peggy" Schofield; daughter-in-law, Audra Spechio; grandchildren, Christopher Little, Amie Meador, Anthony C. Spechio, III (Allison), Valerie Spechio, Vincent F. Spechio, Michael Inman, and Kimberly Stutt (Jody); great-grandchildren, Kelsey Meador (Tyler), Cameron Meador, Landon Stutt, Ethan Little, Ian Spechio, Gia Spechio, Ayden Little and Isabella Little; great-great grandchildren, Rory Huxford and Curren Huxford; nieces, June Barbrey (Robert) and Sharon Perry; and nephew, Robert Schofield; a large extended family and dear friends that were like family.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 512 Buckroe Avenue, Hampton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in June's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
