June Cox Lehr, 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 25, 2018. Born in Baltimore, MD, she had been a resident of Virginia Beach since 1979 where she owned and operated The Property Shoppe from 1985 until she retired in 2007.  She began her real estate career in Maryland and fulfilled her dream of opening The Property Shoppe after she moved to Virginia Beach.  She was passionate about helping her customers find their forever home.

June was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Harry M. Cox.  She is survived by her children, Nora Spruill (Daniel), Steven Lehr (Judy) and Colleen Carter; her sister Susan Fonti and brother Tim Cox; grandchildren, Michael Spruill (Samantha), Crystal Drake (Adam), Elizabeth Lehr, Derek Carter, Matthew Carter and Lauren Lehr; and great grandsons, Ashton and Connor Drake.

A gathering to remember June's life will be held at a later date.
