Obituary
Julio Rodriquez, Sr., age 71, transitioned from this life to his holy home on Friday, January 5, 2018. Born to Manuel and Maria Rodriquez in Puerto Rico, Julio was a resident of Smithfield, VA, where he worked for Smithfield Foods.
Julio was predeceased by his grandson, Markail Townsell, and he leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Sylvia Rodriquez; daughter, Maritza Rodriquez; sons, Julio Rodriquez, Jr., Bartholomew Rodriquez, and Timothy Rodriquez; sister, Maria Sanchez; brother, Victor Rodriquez; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A special thanks goes to his niece, Jenny, who always made a way to call him; his best friend, Brett; Debbie from hospice; and Bridgett, his caretaker.
