Judith L. Woolsey, 69, died Sunday, May 18, 2014. A native and lifelong resident of Fox Hill, VA she was a graduate of Hampton High School and lifelong member of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church. Judy was dedicated to her family and her home. She is survived by her husband Joe Woolsey; children, Brian D. Woolsey of Ozark, AR, and Sarah E. Woolsey of Hampton; and a brother, Vernon W. Lewis, Jr. of Norfolk. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church by Rev. Wayne C. Moore with interment to follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-2 PM at the church.
