Joyce Powell Still, 73, widow of William Still, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014. A Lifelong resident of Hampton, she graduated from Hampton High School, was a teacher in the Hampton Public School System and a member of Wythe Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Still is survived by her children, Michael Still of Hampton, Stephen Still of Tomball, TX, Rebecca Guy of Columbia, MD and Susan Still of Atlanta, GA; brother Paul Powell of The Villages, FL; and granddaughters, Madison Still and Kara Guy. The Family will receive friends from 1-2:00 PM Wednesday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home in downtown Hampton. Immediately following at 2:00, Joyce's life will be remembered and celebrated in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.
