Obituary
Joyce Evelyn Silva, 77, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015. She was a native of Newport News.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Nemecio J. Silva; and brothers, Alfred Wesley and Charles Saunders. Surviving are her son, Joey Agee and his wife Susan; daughter, Teresa Evans; brother, Robert Saunders and his wife Carol; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patricia, Daniel, Micah, and Stefenia, ; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service for Catholic Christians will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
The family wishes expression of sympathy to take the form of contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate.
Arrangements are by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton, 757-825-8070.
