Joyce Woolard Seidnitzer, 73, died Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Born in Hampton and a 1965 graduate of Hampton High School, Joyce moved to Carrollton in 1979. She worked at Isle of Wight Academy where she was a teachers aid and a school bus driver. Joyce had also worked for the Bank of Hampton Roads and Farmers Bank.

Joyce is survived by her husband Joseph B. Seidnitzer; children, Susan Stallings and husband Craig, and Kevin Seidnitzer; and two grandchildren, Hayley Stallings and Alaina Stallings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Rosalee Woolard.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Monday, May 23, 2022 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton with interment to follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
