Joseph Walter Wallace, a lifelong resident of Hampton, Virginia, passed away Thursday June 4, 2015, He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wallace, and brother, Kenneth Melton. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Wallace; brother, David Melton; sisters, Pam Wise, Linda Brown, Donna Gibson, Marcie Morton, Barbara Moran; extended family; his beloved dog Georgie; and friend Hazel Frazier. Joey served two terms in the US Army, was an avid Chicago Bears fan and worked for Westcon/Pembroke Construction.
