Joseph C. Roebuck Jr., Cliff Jr. aka Joe, a native of Hampton passed from this life and into the arms of his savior Jesus Christ on June 25, 2014. He was the son of the late retired HPD, SGT J.C. Roebuck Sr. and Mrs. Marie B Roebuck of Hampton. Also surviving are his two sons Joseph C. Roebuck III of Yorktown; Kenneth P. Roebuck of Courtland and former wife, Carolyn Joanne Roebuck also of Courtland. Of Newport News, are two brothers Daniel B. Roebuck Sr., Mark A Roebuck Sr.and wife, Donna L Roebuck, sister Amy Roebuck Carr and husband Michael A. Carr. Nine nieces and nephews, together with 5 great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at R. Hayden Smith funeral home, 245 S. Armistead Ave., Hampton Va. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 3:00PM where Pastor David Dillon of the Rock Church of Franklin will preside over the celebration of his life.
