John Bryan Hall, Jr. of Fox Hill passed away early Saturday morning, March 17th, 2018. Known as "Jack" to his friends and as "Peeps" to his family, he led a rich and accomplished life. As a lifelong Hokie, Jack was a proud Virginia Tech graduate and worked as an engineer with NASA Langley Research Center for over 40 years on many pioneering space programs.

A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Jack is survived by his wife, Mary, his three children, John and his wife, Suzanne, Joni, and Kate and her husband, Chris; four grandchildren, Maggie, James, William, and Benjamin; and a sister, Marguerite.

A graveside service with Masonic rites will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 23, 2018 at Clark Cemetery by Rev. Michael Fillis and Rev. Eric Vaudt.  The family will receive friends at a reception in the fellowship hall of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church immediately following the service.
