John Daniel Ferris Jr, has been called to his final resting place.  He leaves behind two daughters, Carol Pyler and Loretta Ferris; four grandchildren, Sabrina, Melissa, Cory and Daniel; and seven great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Johon Ferris Paul; mother, Josephine Ferris Pringle and father, John Daniel Ferris, Sr.

As you all know, "Johnny Boy the Lebanese Camel Jockey" was a character.  The most kind, compassionate, loving man who shared a multitude of wonderful friends and many adventures.  He lived everyday to the fullest and never said no to someone in need.

He passed peacefully in his sleep and now joins his loving family and many friends in the great racetrack in the sky.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 pm Monday, January 28, 2019 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions in Hampton.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church by Rev. Eric Anokye.
