JoAnn Weathers, 65, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she has been a resident of Hampton for eleven years. JoAnn served in the Air National Guard in Pennsylvania. She was a member of Zion Sake at World Outreach Worship Center. Surviving are her husband of 37 1/2 years, James M. Weathers; sons, James M. Weathers, Jr., Christian Paitchard, Anthony Weathers and Aaron Weathers; Parents, George H. and Florence Allen; sisters, Barbara Keenan and Evonne Allen; brothers, James Pointdexter and George H. Allen; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9-10:00 AM Wednesday at World Outreach Worship Center. Immediately following at 10:00, a funeral service will be held by Rabbi Eric Carlson. The family will also receive friends following the service. Interment will be in Albert G.
