Joan Anne Arthur, 84, died August 4, 2015. Born in Pennsylvania she was a Hampton resident and retired as manager of Catherine's. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date. Arrangements by R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.
