Jessica Lynn Goodman, 24, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015. She was a lifelong resident of Hampton and Kecoughtan High School graduate. Jessica is survived by her parents, Walter Phillips and Sheri Winbourne; maternal grandmother, Sandra Winbourne; paternal grandfather, Pete Green and wife Joyce; paternalgrandfather, Walter Phillips and wife Diane; brothers, Justin Phillips and Donald Phillips; and niece, Elizabeth Pasino.
