Jerry Lee Meyer, 73, died Sunday, December 13, 2015. A native of Richmond, he was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Jerry served in the US Air Force and retired from Virginia Power in 1993 after 33 years of service. He enjoyed watching sports and was a Redskins fan.   Preceded in death by his mother, Helen D. Griggs; survivors include his wife, Linda B. Meyer; his daughter, Donna Lynn Meyer; his uncle, John McKay; and three cousins, Bonnie McFarland, John McKay, Jr., and Bruce McKay.   A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 17, 2015 in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
