Jerry Wayne King, 64, died Monday, October 30, 2017. Born in Tabor City, NC, he had been a Hampton resident since 1970 where he was a self-employed drywall installer.  He enjoyed playing poker and trading cars, but his greatest joy was showing his love to his family.

Survivors include his wife, Debra King; his son, Curtis King and his wife, Lisa; two step-daughters, Michelle Morrison and Susan Brown; his grandchildren, Alexis and Jordin King, Crystal, Julie, and Brady Morrison, Jason Layne, and Stephen and Matthew Brown; and two sisters, Doris Kennedy and Patty Norris.

The family will receive friends from 4-6pm Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton.
