Jeffrey Clay Shouldis, 70, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. He was born in West Virginia to parents David and Mamil Lou Shouldis. Jeff proudly served his country in the US Army and worked for many years in construction for a private contractor. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially if he was fishing or camping, loved animals, dancing and music. Jeff was an excellent cook and welcomed being in the kitchen.

Preceded in death by his parents; he leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Kandi L. Shouldis and Amanda G. Bias (Bill); grandchildren, Tiana Raynor, Isaiah Cooper and Quinton Cooper; brothers, Stephen Shouldis and Gary Shouldis (Wanda); nephews, Christopher Shouldis, Michael Shouldis, Dicki Shouldis (Joy), David Shouldis, and Eric Shouldis (Amy); as well as former wife, and mother of Kandi, Patsy Shouldis.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date. Jeff will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, Virginia with military honors.
