Jean Marie Smith, 25, passed away April 16, 2015. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she had been a Tidewater resident for 4 years. She graduated from ECPI with a Technical Degree and served in the U.S. Navy prior to that. Jean Marie is survived by her mother, Mary Jean Smith, and her maternal grandmother, Mary Hawalka.
