Jason Thompson Sinclair, 44, died Wednesday, September 10, 2014. A native of Hampton and a longtime Virginia Beach resident, he had worked as a civil service firefighter. Jason is survived by his parents, Thomas and Josephine Sinclair; sister, Jennifer Sinclair Cartwright; brother, Scott Sinclair; nephew, Tyler Sinclair; and nieces, Piper Cartwright and Matilda Cartwright. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Wythe Presbyterian Church.
