James Lawrence Tibbs, 63, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Born in Littlerock, AR, he has been a resident of Hampton for 50 years. He enjoyed giving a wave and a smile to everyone who passed down Whealton Rd.

James was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Robert Tibbs. He is survived by his Sisters, Frances and her husband Cliff, Barbara and her husband Joe, Shirley and Brenda; and brother, Bobby and his wife Lonette.

A memorial service will be conducted 11:30 AM Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Parkview Baptist Church by Pastor Rusty Beck. The family wishes expressions of sympathy to take the form of contributions to your favorite charity.
