James E. McNeely II, 62, passed away May 2, 2023. He had worked as a carpenter and in construction during his long career.

James was preceded in death by his father, James McNeely "Mac" and brother, Raymond McNeely "Billy". He is survived by his mother Betty McNeely (Horace); sisters, Faye Spruill (Mark) and Kimberly Cinnamon (Larry); nieces and nephews, Nicole Hines (Ray), Joshua Minthorn (Suzanne), Andrew Cinnamon, Melissa Wilson (Dalton), Megan Smith (Jeff), Amber Tubbs (Casey), Ashley Commer (Mark), Raymond McNeely II, and Teresa Garrison; and his best friend, Robert Rutherford (Terri).

A memorial service will be held at Victory Baptist Church on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2PM.
