Jacqueline Sophia Taylor, 85, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023. Born in London, she moved to the US at the age of 18 and had been a Hampton Roads resident since 1979. She attended Benn's United Methodist Church and participated in the Methodist Women's Circle, the Isle of Wight Volunteer Rescue Squad Auxiliary, and was a member of the Carrollton Women's Club. Growing up she attended the Royal Academy of Dance and the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, in London. Traveling across the world as an Air Force wife, she touched many lives in kind and beautiful ways.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lee Taylor, her parents, John Robertson and Isabelle Cornes, and her brother, Barry D. Robertson. Her loving survivors include her children, Russell Lee Taylor, Deborah K. Ketchuck, husband Wayne, Laurie-Ann Campbell, and husband, Thomas; grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Brittany, Jonathan, Ethan, and Jordan; and nine great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 1 at Benn's United Methodist Church.
