Herbert Miller, 84, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 6, 2014. Mr. Miller is survived by his children Celia Cooper (Douglas) of Virginia, Rosa McGill (Larry), Lawrence "Chucky" Scott, and their mother Rosena Tisdale, all of South Carolina. He is also survived by his sister Thelma of Florida, fifteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, in-laws, and friends. He is preceded in death by three brothers, one sister, a son and daughter. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00am Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, VA 23669.
