Helen Uzzle, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. A Homegoing Memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Berceuse Funeral and          Cremation    Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, VA 23666 (757)-825-8070.

She is predeceased by her mother and father, Mildred C. Huggins and Herbert W. Clarey, and also an elder sister Elenora Cooper  Newby. She is survived by a daughter, Unita D. Johnson; a sister and brother, V. Cynthia Clarey and George F. Clarey; two grandchildren, Anthony K.    Batten and Latisa D. Robertson (Walter, Jr.) ; five great-grandchildren, Dominic Robertson, Charlotte Batten,    Jhamir Robertson, Chloe Batten and Kamari Robertson. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews,             grandnieces, grandnephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends.

Helen was a beloved bus driver for Isle of Wight Co., VA public school system, a graduate of Commonwealth    College and a Registered Nurse.
