Grace Agnes Vartuli, 93, widow of Michael Vartuli, died Thursday, October 24, 2013. Born in Underhill, VT she had been a Peninsula resident for 50 years where she was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Mrs. Vartuli is survived by her children, Jimmy, Sandra, Nancy, Irene, Maryann, Michael, Mikey, Donna, Barbara, Candis, Theresa, Carol, Terry and Kathy; a sister, Theresa Aglieri; grandchildren, Jack, Kevin, Sean, Aaron, Ricky, Little Mike, Jan, John and many more; and a whole host of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Betty and a grandson, Bobby Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Tuesday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with interment to follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:30-8 PM at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.
