Obituary
Glenn Willis Council, 51, died Saturday, March 22, 2014. He was a lifelong resident of Newport News.
Glenn is survived by his parents, George and Judith Council; sister, Ellen C. Powell and husband Phillip; and brother, David Council.
The family will hold a private graveside service.
