Geraldine H. Walsh, 97, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in Hampton, Virginia. She was born in Castine, Maine to Murray and Virginia Gray. Jerry enjoyed life to the fullest. She was the kindest, most loving, giving, positive, generous person to everyone she met. She moved to Goochland County, Virginia in 1971, a county that she loved, and lived there until 2022. Her endeavors were vast. She was a charter member of the Goochland Woman’s Club; a longtime member of the Richmond Country Club, and an avid golfer. She was considered one of the best putters in her 9-hole group. (At 93 she gave up golf). She was one of the first woman in Real Estate in Richmond, Virgina, and went on to have her own company (Jerry Walsh Realty). Not only did she model for the Goochland Woman’s Club, but she also did a bit of professional modeling.

She leaves to cherish her sweet memory, daughters, Donna Ponce (Pedro) Diane Davidson (Paul); grandchildren, Michael Ponce, Anna Ponce (Kacy), and Richard Denzler, Jr. (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Zoey Inez, Jaden, Rylan, and Garrett; and her brother, Murray K. Gray.

Her gentle spirit and wisdom will live on, and she will be missed dearly.

A graveside service is planned for a later date where she will be laid to rest in the family cemetery in Brooksville, Maine.
