Dr. Frederick D. "Fred" Robinson, 91, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond. Born in Hampton on November 28, 1931 to Thomas Denison and Ruth Morgan Robinson, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hampden-Sydney College and then graduated from UVA Medical School. He retired as a cardiologist from McGuire VA Hospital after many years of service.

A history buff, he also loved gardening and Amateur Radio.

Preceded in death by his wife, Barbara T. Robinson; he is survived by his daughter, Janet Kemp and his grandson, Jacob Kemp.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 14, 2023 at St. John's Cemetery.
