Franklin "Frank" Wendall Marshall, 70, was born on December 6, 1951 in Bath County, Va. He passed away on November 25, 2022 in Newport News, VA. He was a master plumber and the owner operator of All Seasons Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. He was an amazing father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Frank McAllister SR. and Ruth Marshall Hartbarger; step parents, Barbara McAllister and Donald Hartbarger and brothers Roger Marshall, Donney Marshall, Dee McAllister, and Ralph McAllister.

Frank survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Kennison of Newport News , Beverly Cox of Hampton, Brittany Marshall of Hampton and Gabrielle Marshall of Hampton; son Joshua Braid of Newport News; sister, Donna Schrimsher of Hampton Nancy Shifflett of Newport News and Sue Bass-Hilary of Waynesboro; brothers, Dennis Hartbarger of Hopewell, Bobby McAllister of Millboro, Frank McAllister, Jr of Craigsville, Douglas McAllister of Narrows; aunt Peggy Sensabaugh and husband Freeman of Goshen and grandchildren, Ryan Marshall, Annabella Marshall, Mark Marshall, Keith Marshall, Karli Cox, Michelle Hewitt, Cristina Bridges, Paula Woods, Erica Kennison, Tenisha Kennison, Tazlynn Kennison and Leon Kennison, Jr; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed terribly.
