Frank Preston Miller, Jr. 33, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 10, 2025.  Born in Melbourne, Florida to parents Frank P. Miller and Cora Ann Burton; he had been a Hampton resident since he was a little boy. Frank graduated from Phoebus High School, Class of 2011 and made his career in landscaping.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting and most of all loved being a husband and father.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his best friend and confidant, his grandmother, Janice Burton; his paternal grandfather, Frank David Miller; his sister, Carla Burton; and his brother-in-law, Harry Lee Walker. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 5 years, Mary Beth Walker-Miller; his children, Peyton Kent, LeeAnn Walker, Michael Walker, Austin Walker, Dakota Walker and Frank Preston Miller, III; grandmother, Martie Stiles;  mother-in-law, Deborah Jaramillo; brother-in-law; Christopher Walker, sisters-in-law, Kayla Sturdy and Annette Walker; and long time friend who was like a brother, right hand man, Sheppard Brown; and a large extended family including many aunts, uncles, and cousins that he loved very much.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Freedom Life Church, 2200 Coliseum Drive, Hampton, Virginia, officiating Pastor Freddy Villarreal.
