Frances Ann Pair, 93, died at home January 15, 2017. Born in Crucible, PA she had been a resident of Hampton since 1959. Frances was a fixture at the Oasis Restaurant in Hampton where she worked for 46 years, starting as a waitress and retiring as an Assistant Manager. She had a passion for gardening and loved her flowers. She was very active in the Women's Workgroup at St. John's Episcopal Church with her best friend Maude Judkins. Her favorite thing though was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frances was preceded in death by her daughter Sandra M. Glenn. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia A. Brown; son, RK Pair; son-in-law, Eddie Glenn; numerous beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.

The family will receive friends at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 5-6:30PM. A funeral service will be conducted at St. John's Episcopal Church on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10AM. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery.
