Frances A. Mannoia a resident of Hampton, VA since 1975, passed away on July 31, 2021. Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Josephine and Carlo Vitriola; brother, Philip; aunts, Josephine Sanalitro, Fannie Comenga, Julie Guerrera, and Grace Esposito; uncles, Anthony and Frank Comenga. She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Michael Mannoia; niece, Joanne Russo; and many beloved nieces and nephews from her husband's side.

Frances was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hampton. She was active in the church as well as the St. Jude's Guild. Frances was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court of the Holy Family #2616, the Red Hats Society, and over the years a volunteer of many organizations.

Frances will always be in our heart and memories and missed by many.

The family will receive friends in the commons area at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Friday, August 6 from 10-11AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Burial at Arlington National Cemetery will follow at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances' memory to the St. Joseph's Food Pantry.
