Frances Sansone Burt, 97, passed away October 25, 2025. She was born in Hampton, Va. on July 23, 1928 and graduated from Saint Vincent High School in 1945.  She worked for the telephone company before settling in as a dedicated housewife and giving mother.  Over the years, she was a dutiful caregiver.  In her spare time, Frances enjoyed gardening and doing puzzles.  She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and honesty.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest C. Burt, Jr.; parents, August V. Sansone and Pearl N. Sansone; brother, Egnazio Sansone; and sister, Maria Skillman. She leaves behind a son, Ernest C. Burt III; granddaughter, Heather Westheimer and her husband, Josh; great grandson, Reed Westheimer; and many nieces and nephews.
