Finley William Bivens, infant son of Robert Elliott and Kristin Massey Bivens, was born on June 4th, 2014 and passed away on June 12, 2014 at CHKD in Norfolk, VA. He is survived by his twin brother Rowan Elliott Bivens, Maternal grandparents Bill and Cheryl Massey of Parsonsburg, MD. Paternal grandparents Linda Sundin of Hampton, VA., Robert Bivens and wife Susan of Germantown, TN. and Great Grandmother Marjorie Bivens of High Point, NC. A graveside service for close friends and family will be held on Monday June 16th at 11AM at Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in care of the NICU at CHKD and sent to the Development Department, 601 Children's Ln. Norfolk, VA. 23507.
