Eugene Kirtner, 87, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013. He was a native of Radford, Virginia and a Peninsula resident for more than 60 years. He served in the Army during World War II and was retired from Newport News Shipbuilding. The family would like to extend its gratitude to his former neighbors and to the staff at Colonial Manor and Hospice Community Care for all their support.
