Emma Marie Hogge, 78, died Friday, July 21, 2017. Born in Albany NY she had been a longtime resident of Hampton.

Emma was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Norris Franklin Hogge, Sr. She is survived by her sons, Norris Franklin Hogge, Jr. and wife Carol Ann Futrell, David Wayne Hogge, and Burton Lloyd Hogge; sister, Lorraine Held; grandchildren, Tamra Lee Hogge, Norris F. Hogge III, Thadius D. Hogge, Dylan Stackhouse, Monica Margaret Perez, Jessica Hogge, Kassie Hogge; step grandchildren, Natalie Everette, Alena Brown and Alexie Brown; and great-grandchildren, Bryana Hogge, Brandon Burr, Cameron Burr, Mark Jones, Norz Perez, Stella Hogge, Nadia Everett, Maxamillion Everett, Elija Everett, Isiah Everett and Noria Everett.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home with interment following in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service Wednesday from 1-2.
