Obituary

Elizabeth Luttrell, 92, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Born in Baltimore, she was a girl scout and her troop participated in the scrap metal drive for the "Salvage for Victory" program. She had been a Hampton resident since 1971 and was a former member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church. She worked for many years as the church secretary. Elizabeth loved to volunteer her time and could be found at her children's school, at the health department, and at the Air Power Park. She was a very compassionate person who was easy to talk with so she made friends everywhere she went. She loved her neighbors and participated with her neighborhood watch. Elizabeth loved to leave notes for everyone and was thrilled when post its were developed as it made her note leaving easier.
