The world lost a beautiful soul!
Domenica Maria was born in 1934 to Salvatore and Mary Bevelacqua, her beloved parents. She graduated in 1952 from St. Vincent's and went on to The School of Nursing at DePaul Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. She married her true love, William Howard Jernigan and moved to Williamsburg.
She was a cherished friend and loved by so many people! She taught us how to love loud, love big and host a great party! Anyone who knew her loved her big heart!
Domenica is survived by her son, Christopher (Mandy), her daughters Pamela, Kathy and Coleen (Luis); and her beloved grandchildren, Jonathan, Bella, Jeb, Frank, Anthony, Victor and Logan.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bede Catholic Church on April 5, 2022 a 11:00am.
