Diane Rita Stromp Gray, 78, died Monday, July 30, 2018. Born in Detroit, she was a longtime Lawrenceville resident. She was a faithful member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and enjoyed basket weaving, Jewelry making and other arts and crafts.

Preceded in death by her husband, William Melvin Gray and her brother Bill Stromp and his wife, Phoebe; survivors include her daughters, Jennifer M. Gray Brewington (Greg) of Westcliff, CO and Nancy D. Gray Scott of Hampton, VA; her sisters, Elaine Stewart (Jim) of Westland, MI and Kathleen Sinclair (Don) of Trenton, MI; seven grandchildren, Devin Gray, Kyle (Courtney), Aren, and Nikki Jefferson, Dayna Taylor (Ryan), and Joshua and Victoria Scott; and eight great-grandchildren, Kanye and Amarae Gray, Sophia Bright, Wyatt Taylor, Jacob, Amaris, and Linux Jefferson, and Jada Manger; and a great-great-grandchild, Maya Manger.

Diane will be inurned with her husband in Lawrenceville, IL next spring.
