On January 23, 2018 our angel Denise Norene Wynn was called home after blessing us with her love for 60 years. She was born in Hampton on April 5, 1957 to the late Betty J Jackson & late William Jackson. She was a lifelong resident bartending at several local favorites including Circle Inn, Coffey's and the Hampton Moose Lodge. She was a loving woman who valued family above all else, and her Dallas Cowboys!
Denise leaves behind her husband of almost 36 years Frank Wynn and daughters Crystal Wynn and Angela Aguiar (Michael) and late son Shawn Wynn. She is also survived by her sister Dana Mcnew; brothers Robert Wilson and David Jackson; goddaughter Crystal Downie and special granddaughter Tiana Brown; sister in law Cindy (Wynn) Monroe; brother in law Dennis Wynn (Barbara); 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.  Her viewing will be at R Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave. on Tuesday, January 30 from 5 PM to 6 PM with the funeral service following at 6 PM. Family will be receiving guests before and after the service. The interment will be at Albert G. Horton State Veteran Cemetery in Suffolk Virginia on Wednesday, January 31 at 10am.
